What we have been up to for January 2012 to date

Hi Everyone,

 

Prolific has been busy, busy, busy from the start of the New Year and not neglecting our fans and groupies who regularly feed on news from us, this is what we have been up to in events for the month of January 2012. [See listing below this writing.]

 

Attached picture is a show case of our event supplies that were used at Warwick Wine Estate’s Annual Pink Festival – what a day it was.

Some weekends of the coming month have been entirely booked for supplies in high demand and although we are not turning anyone down it’s always advisable to make early enquiries for events that require must have supplies.

 

Believe it or not, we have submitted quotations for events that are taking place deep into 2012 and early birds always get the best pie available

Returned clients served for Jan 2012

• Afrisurge – servicing a Christian religious festival to an Ethiopian family for 3 years in a row
• Warwick wine estate – hired 10 and more umbrellas for a week
• Mandela Rhodes Hotel – hired 10 and more umbrellas for 2 weeks
• Mr. M Sattar – Zeekoevlei – comprehensive event supplies for annual family braai
• Mrs. L Spele – Mandalay; 5 umbrellas for an ethnic family; celebrating becoming of manhood of their son

 

New clients:

• De Liefde – hiring x33 handheld parasols; delivery to Basse Provence, Franschoek
• Ex pats (couple) from Belgium – Mr and Mrs Godts to be; purchased x33 white paper parasols; delivered to Alle Bleue, Franschoek
• Desired Events – Comprehensive event supplies and furniture rental for a wedding at Vrede en Lust, Franschoek
• Waves and Wine Weddings – acquired stock of Parasol supplies in rentals and sales for various events taking place over February and March this year.

 

January upcoming events:

Sporting event:

• Parklands CBC Schools – x9 Gazebo Hire; on 27th Jan
• Pep Stores sponsored event: CPUT sports grounds; several gazebo supplies and setting up for a Primary School

Wedding at Houtbay: 16 Outdoor umbrellas and setting up on Sunday 29 Jan

Smaller events: Deliveries for various house parties and celebrations
