Good service is still a priority in business


Good service is still a priority in business; just got a sale where our company was one of many who tendered on a wedding event; we were not notified after supplier appointments were made but today at the 11th hour was contacted to dispatch x12 outdoor umbrellas due to the opposing company not having uniformity in stock as well as short and worn down supplies; this in anyone's eyes is a shocker and to us, a feather in the cap for falling back on us due to hard fought service delivery in our opening letter, but I must say there is also a factor of uncertainty involved and that too contributes to one's success; on top of that we still were able to forward a bit of discount to the client! Thanks due to my "EVER LEADING PILLAR OF STRENGTH, ONE-GOD"
