From 1 Dec until 19 Dec 09

Cape tonians are enjoying their longest hot summer days over our current year period.
And the place to be is outdoors, garden parties seem to be the in thing to do and our parasols are nearly always in the mix.
This weekend (18-20 Dec) we have 13 parasols out at two different Cape town locations.
Our parasol rental is just one hot topic that just cannot get enough mentioning.
Its elegant and chique for our prolific weather which works exceptionally well in creating vistas in an outdoor environment.

Funny enough, we've not had any queries to date for the upcoming weekend, Christmas 2009, weekend? of 25-27 December 09 and any New Year's party requirements.

November and December Updates:

Thus far we've had a pretty hectic December where parties are concerned and therefor the absence from blogging some of our Prolific events that we attended to.
Just to sum up a few events that we've supplied to from 28 Nov to date-

28 Nov: x20 parasols were supplied to an outdoor wedding in Muldersvlei, Stellenbosch.

08 Dec: we supplied Showworks of Cape town with trestle tables, cafe chairs and cafe tables on the steep sand dunes of Betty's Bay for a team building corporate event; sandboarding at Betty's Bay .

13 Dec: we were the official ice suppliers for the triathlone Jailbreak event at Paarl staged by More Maximum Media - 410kg of ice was consumed on the day!

16 Dec: x6 parasols, trestle tables, x40 chairs, finest linen for tables and Top Billing glassware and crockery was ordered in by Par-Avion-check them out at http://www.par-avion.co.za/ for a 40th birthday in Kleinmond

16 Dec: what a wedding at one of our partner venue sites, Straightway Head Hotel in Somerset west, http://www.straightwayhead.blogspot.com/ ordered in crockery, cutlery and glassware for a wedding of 150.

19 Dec: x9 parasols, trestle tables, linen and smalls was ordered for a 30th party in Stellenbosch - we hope to soon bring you pictures of the event.

23 Dec: x8 parasols for a beach wedding out at Noordhoek must be set up for a UK couple to wed - booking was made in Aug 09.

25 Dec: Bookings for parasols, trestle tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery etc. still has to come in - be the first by booking us now before it's too late!!!

30 Dec: x6 parasols have been booked in Sept 09 and fully paid for a wedding ceremony at Peninsula Technikon Pools and peace Garden
